Bike Condoms bike cover

IMG_2586

I ran a cross a product that should work out good for me and it’s these little bike cover called bike condoms. Two things I’ll use these for is garage use when I’m sand blasting & grinding and the other is when I bring the bike to work and I know there is a chance of storms after I get there.

The covers are very lightweight and fit back into the same little bag they came in. Also they say it's bio-degradable and when it’s beat up I can just trash it.

The fit in the KLR is ok. If I put it over my back trunk it doesn't cover the seat at all and can’t stop rain blowing in on the sides but putting the cover over the back lip of the seat it’s not bad. The second option might make the cover into a kiddie pool when I come out to my bike after work. I went with the five pack since I own three bike. The other two I gave to some buddys who ride in all weather conditions.

The fit with the Ninja is more than perfect and in the summer should fit perfectly in the tail section.

Dealing with this company was on a 1-10, I’d say a 7. I had to e-mail them to see if my order was processed since I never received a conformation. It took 2-3 days for them to follow up and then I think it was really shipped out. I’m just glad that they didn’t try to BS me and say it was already sent.

I do have to say they sent a little letter with the covers saying that they appreciate my patience and that they are a growing company. That was new to me from any company.

Just joined your blog, I see you have been all over the east coast but managed to avoid my state :-) It's the Garden State (NJ) you have to visit ;-)

George F I don't know much about NJ.
What is the best thing to do on a motorcycle over that way??

BTW: sweet blog you got!!

Thanks. Northern NJ has some nice roads, check it here:

Wharton State Forest also has some very nice roads. There's lots of nice roads near the Delaware River too.

A guy I met called his rain suit a body condom, but I've never heard of this before. Since my bikes live a much harder life than yours, I've got to stick with the full on canvas suit for them. A garage and a nice little condom would be better, but I don't think it's in the cards any time soon. Neat product.
